How to answer when someone calls you an idiot
Urban dictionary says, "You're an idiot" actually means "I can't find a good argument to counter yours, so I'll just insult you instead". Often when people don't share the same view point they turn around and say that the other person is an idiot.
When someone calls you an idiot, the person saying this to you is trying to piss you off and get a response out of you with their words.
You can remain calm, smile and deliver a zinger of a comeback to the idiot!

If someone calls me an idiot or something then I would say… "ok fine, I have no regrets."
Say in my defense I was left unsupervised.
Someone told me before that I was stupid and the situation was in the formal way and all the people heard it and now I don't know how to interact or have a conversation with the person who disrespect me before.
Hi Ginny, don't listen to the person who called you stupid, it says a lot more about them than it does about you. If something happened in a school situation, where an adult violated school policy you could report the incident to the school. You may want to distance yourself from this person or have a good comeback ready for next time they disrespect you.

I get called an idiot, nerd, weird, fat, quiet, and others all the time.
I just say…
Idiot: At least I'm not a nerd.
Nerd: At least I'm not an idiot.
Weird: Thanks! I personally prefer not being normal.
Fat: Yeah, I'm not skinny.
(Why are you so) Quiet: I'm not.

I just found out that the word "idiot" actually means "a person with an IQ below 25". So, here are comebacks for mean peers that call you an 'idiot':
1. But my IQ isn't below 25. Looks like yours is because you don't even know what "idiot" even means.
2. I would call YOU an idiot, but your IQ is so high that it makes you drunk and high too.
3. Having a low IQ and being normal is better than having an IQ level of a genius and being an asshole.
And then they reply the 1st one with:I won't say it if I don't know the meaning lol

I just turn to them, look into their eyes. Gaze right Into their soul and say to them. Thanks. That's the nicest thing I've been told all day
I have thought of comebacks not only for idiot but, this might work for other words too sometimes:
"What a nice word you use to describe yourself."
"That would be the first thing you would say if you were close to mirror!"
Or well done practicing now time to actually do it in the mirror! ( I'm bad at come backs so yeah)

1) do I look like a mirror to you?
2) of course I talk like an idiot, how else would you understand?
If someone says ur ugly u should say : Oh my gosh so that's what you said when you looked at you're self?
If someone says you're an idiot you should say : My iq is not lower than 25 but for a fact yours is cause you dont even know what an idiot means.
If someone says shut up you should say : Omg you're so right thats what i should say to you right now!… Shut up.
If some jerk asks you out you say: "I've never dated an Idiot and I'd really like to keep it that way, so sorry no,"
